All our home insurance policies now include the security of a valuable Home Emergency Assistance package to protect you in the case of any sudden and unforeseen incidents that put you or your property (home & belongings) at risk:

• In the event of an emergency at home, qualified approved tradesman are available to the policyholder 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
• Call out charges, labour and any parts that the tradesman may charge for are all covered up to a £300 maximum per claim
• There is no limit to the number of claims can be made in any 12 month period and no excess is payable
• Central Heating failures, blocked pipes, lost keys, vermin problems and external glazing are all covered (subject to conditions)
• Incidents are normally attended within 2 hours
• Customer satisfaction telephone callback service within 48 hours of the tradesman attending
